# #6 Tax Year 2025: Submit Tax Form Corrections (If Applicable)

## Follow these steps to make any tax form corrections that are needed after Superior produces Forms 1099/5498 for your organization.

**NOTE:** This guide covers tax form corrections for current and prior tax years. Superior can only create prior year tax form corrections if we completed your organization's tax reporting for that prior tax year.
